The Role:

The H+H Group is growing our Team at the Omaha Recon Center (ORC)! We have a BRAND-NEW, State-of-the-Art Facility open in the Steel Ridge Auto Mall! We are hiring a Detail Supervisor to lead our Team of Detailers. As part of the Detail Team, you will work in our fast-paced environment while being responsible for meeting the H+H cosmetic quality and productivity standards. and communicating priorities to the Team. Salary $40,000.

  • Effectively communicate with the Detail Shop Associates on what their priorities are for the day.
  • Assist Detail Shop Technicians with Detailing.
  • Quality Control – QC every vehicle before it leaves the detail shop.
  • Administer safety and housekeeping procedures.
  • Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 9am to 6pm.

What you bring to the table:

  • Detail experience preferred but not required.
  • A clean driving record.
  • Ability to drive a manual transmission.
  • Perform bending, pushing, climbing, leaning, twisting, reaching, kneeling, crouching, and other maneuvers associated with the position.
  • Ability to walk briskly up to 500 yards frequently throughout a shift.
  • Ability to lift 50-100 lbs. throughout the day.
  • High energy partnered with a positive attitude.
  • Desire to grow, learn, and advance within the company.
