Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming calls in a polite and courteous manner.
• Greet patients while they are in the waiting area.
• Greet patients by smiling and saying hello.
• Assist new patients in completing paperwork.
• Answer basic insurance questions.
• Ask patients about their dental history to assist in treatment planning.
• Provide patients with necessary information, such as directions to parking lots, and other information they may request.
• Receive payments from patients.
• Prepare patient records for office staff.

Computer literacy is necessary for this posting. Familiarity with Dentrix is a plus, but not required. Accounting experience is helpful.

Pay is competitive.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour
