Job description

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Dental Office Manager to join our exclusive client in Southfield, MI. (Work Directly for the Dental Office)

Schedule: Full-Time
Monday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, Tuesday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Wednesday 7:00 am - 3:00 pm, Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am - 1:00 pm

You'll be:

Ø Keeping an eye on staff productivity and supporting the team where necessary.

Ø Managing staff trainings on patient care, equipment monitoring, maintenance duties and compliance.

Ø Overseeing patient scheduling, verifying insurances, managing collections and receivables, getting supplies and navigating other operational expenses.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 YEARS of related experience is a must, DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON'T HAVE EXPERIENCE.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in leading a team.
  • A sparkling personality (and a smile to match!)
  • Knowledge of dental terminology.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
