Our modern family dental office in Hayward, is looking for a patient coordinator to join our team. We are looking for someone that is warm, friendly, flexible and a team player who wants to be a part of a great office that serves patients with the highest standard of care. Your duties would include:

- Checking patients in/out and collecting payments
- Calling and emailing patients
- Scheduling appointments
- Collecting and verifying insurance information
- Treatment plan presentation

Skills desired:

- Good communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to multitask
- Self motivated, quick learner
- Professional appearance and attitude

Bi-lingual is a plus. Dental experience is a plus but not required, we are willing to train.

This is initially a part-time position Mondays/Wednesday to become full-time position beginning in September. Office hours would be Monday-Thursday 9am-7pm and every other Saturday 8am-3:30pm (Alternative "9/80" Work Schedule)
