We are seeking a registered dental assistant. This is a newer office; it is modern and was a from scratch dental start up in 2020. We believe in offering patients options and solutions to their dental needs. We are a multi-specialty office that provides all aspects of dental care. Ideally assistant should be comfortable with "bread & butter" dentistry alongside oral surgery, endodontics, dentures, sedation, & CAD-CAM. Familiarity with Open dental would be a plus. Our ideal hire is looking to treat patients in a kindly manner and wants to be apart of the ride as we grow. Our office will be up to date on all the latest technology making life easier on every staff member & patient. Whether it be the dual TV's in each suite, noise-cancelling headphones, CBCT, in office milling unit (same day crowns), or paperless health history forms that can be completed @ home prior to patient appointments... everything is in order to make day-day operations smooth on everyone. Our plan is to change how the patient perceives the entire dental experience. We are ready to fill this position immediately but are comfortable waiting out a 2 week notice given to an existing employer.

Requirements:

• Licensed Dental Assistant
• 3 years experience in a larger group practice
• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
• Engaging personality with high EQ and ability to easily learn new ideas & concepts and apply them to the role of the Dental Assistant in the practice

Pay will vary based on experience & credentials/lincensure held (EFDA / DANB)

Pay: $18.45 - $26.85 per hour
