Delivery/Installer

***This position qualifies for incentives once able to deliver and install on your own without guidance.

The monthly incentive compensation can range from $500 - $1,500 per month and is paid every 2 weeks based on volume of installations.***

We are a well-established family-owned firm that’s been operating since 1949, serving families who have lost a loved one. We are an industry leader in designing and creating quality custom headstones, memorials, and monuments in North America.

We are seeking someone with a great attitude to join our delivery team. This is an immediate opening for someone who has good driving record, is a quick learner, who can stay organized and interact well with customers and enjoys hard work with a great team!

Schedule: Full Time, Monday – Thursday. 5:00 am – 3:30 pm.

The Delivery Department is integral in ensuring that all monuments and markers are delivered and/or installed efficiently and safely. This position is responsible for driving company trucks and delivering heavy granite to customers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver markers and monuments on time and in good condition.
• Be a positive representation of Quiring Monuments to our customers.
• Make certain paperwork and/or tablet information for daily deliveries is in order.
• Keep logs to meet company, state, and federal regulations.
• Load truck for delivery route.
• Drive to cemeteries – maintaining a schedule and safe driving practices.
• Excellent customer service while delivering and pickup up orders.
• Set markers as requested.
• Keep work areas clean.
• Assist others as needed.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must know how to lift and maneuver markers without causing injury or damage.
• Safe driving record and practices.
• Must be able to lift 100+ pounds periodically throughout the day.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical problems.
• Proficiency with tape measure and basic arithmetic.
• Forklift experience and certification preferred.
• Use of critical judgment.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Construction experience a plus but not required.

Location: Seattle, Washington

Pay Rate: $21.00-25.00/hour to start, based on experience, with potential for increase after 90 days based on performance and attendance.
