Essential Functions and Tasks:

1) Packages, wraps, seals, weighs, and labels product manually and with manual wrapping machine. Stocks and rotates display case. Restocks and assembles large boxes of ingredients and supplies in prep area. Up to 30%

2) Skewers and cooks chickens, wings, and ribs in commercial rotisserie oven. Inserts up to eight skewers with four 41/2 -5 lb chickens into rotisserie rotator slots, presses button to rotate for loading. Packages product, weighs ribs, places in heated display case. Harvests chicken meat and pieces and carries on tray to blast chiller to be used in deli products. Rotates stock and pulls 50-56 lb chicken and rib boxes. Up to 85%

3) Follows Costco formulas and diagrams and monitors finished product to see that department consistency and quality standards are met. Complies with health code, such as sanitation, temperatures, and pull dates. Upholds safety and security procedures. Up to 15%

4) Slices vegetables for salads, entrees, and garnish on prepared foods. Assembles party trays, meals, pizzas, and salads. Up to 100%

5) Performs preventive maintenance for machinery, equipment, and implements. Cleans equipment by disassembling and spraying with cleaning and sanitizing agent and wiping base. Washes and sanitizes parts, containers and utensils in 3-compartment sink. Up to 25%

6) Cleans Deli area by sweeping, mopping, spraying, wiping, scrubbing, low-pressure washing. Empties drain screens, empties trash. Operates trash compactor and cardboard baler. Up to 75%

7) Counts product on hand, figures production needs, and documents production on daily form. Fills out time and temperature record forms. Records product to be salvaged, damaged, or destroyed for Manager audit. Completes sanitation checklist after final cleanup. Up to 5%

8) Provides and ensures prompt and courteous member service. Up to 5%

9) Regular and reliable attendance at your assigned location
