Job description
Ashley Industrial Molding is seeking Deflashing candidates to join their team. AIM is a leading manufacturer of quality custom molded and painted plastic products for the agriculture field. A Deflashing associate will remove excess material from a molded fiberglass product as well as quality inspect the product. AIM hosts celebration meals for holidays. Aside from referral bonuses, monthly gain share bonuses are also paid out based on company performance. All hiring for Ashley Industrial Molding is completed on behalf of Pro Resources.
Shift and Compensation
- Pay increases with completion of training. No time limit!
- Monthly Bonus Opportunity. Currently $350 a month but can increase based on results!
- 4 day work schedule (Monday through Thursday
- 3rd shift starting pay $22.00 per hour
Job Duties
- Sanding parts when removed from press.
- Checking parts for quality issues.
- Assembling and adding hardware to parts.
- Working in team environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Background Profile
- Good attendance record.
- Ability to lift 65-75lbs.
- Ability to work with fiberglass.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
