DEBT COLLECTORS RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Negotiate repayment plans on outstanding debt from customers
- Meet key performance indicators as outlined by management
- Meet expected Quality and Compliance standards
- Ability to communicate and negotiate with a variety of customers
DEBT COLLECTORS QUALIFICATIONS:
. Must live in or around the Trevose Pennsylvania area
. Ability to negotiate
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time with a dedicated workspace free of distractions and noise
- Call Center Experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior recovery collections experience
- Bilingual is a PLUS
- Auto collectors/agents a PLUS
