Dealers must currently deal and/or have experience dealing Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Mini Baccarat, and Pai Gow Tiles.
Promotions will be awarded based on the following criteria (in order):
- Dealers skilled in Blackjack and four of the above listed games.
- Dealers skilled in Blackjack and three of the above listed games.
- Dealers skilled in Blackjack and two of the above listed games.
- Dealers who currently deal all Carnival games with Blackjack and one other game consisting of Craps, Roulette, Mini Baccarat, and Pai Gow Tiles.
For each criteria, the company will select the most senior Part Time Team Member who has applied provided the Team Member meets the above mentioned qualifications.
