A Heart of Goals is looking for team members to support individuals with disabilities in leading successful and satisfying lives. We partner with the individual and family members to develop a personalized plan to live happy and fulfilling lives. A Heart of Goals strives to assist individuals in their personal goals such as obtaining or maintaining independence, enjoyment of relationships, and participation in the wider community. Whatever the focus, we commit our support, walking side by side as the person meets challenges, celebrates accomplishments, and enjoys the fullness of life.
Hours: Both full time and Part Time available
Monday-Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm
Saturday-Sunday: Times vary
