JOB TITLE: Inside Sales Support

LOCATION(S): Greater Houston, DFW, Greater Austin, TX

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create system documents from approved estimates and customer purchase orders and input into systems
• Verification of order accuracy
• Support Outside Sales and Account Management teams
• Receive vendor purchase orders to process for payment
• Reporting operational metrics

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Flawless fluency in English.
• 2 years' of relevant business experience.
• High attention to detail.
• Experience using RFMS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with customer service and interaction.
• Understand basic math skills to be used in pricing material, and costing orders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Your experience with construction estimating or RFMS Measure software is an advantage.
• Strong team player.
• Willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professionalism always.
• Possess strong problem-solving skills.
• Possess strong time management skills.
• Not intimidated by social interaction on the phone or in person.
