EPOCH Senior Living is growing and seeking a Data and Financial Analyst to join the corporate team. EPOCH Senior Living is a regionally focused, comprehensive senior living organization that is recognized as the residence of choice for seniors and families in the markets we serve – whether the need is independent living, assisted living or memory care.

The Data and Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting the leadership of a growing senior housing company in making effective business decisions. This position compiles data, prepares and presents key performance indicator reports which include; preparing graphs, diagrams and other reporting methods. The Data and Financial Analyst identifies and presents trends in operational data, reviews property monthly financials and periodically determines the economic value of the company’s portfolio and investor returns.

Job Requirements:

We seek a minimum of 0-3 years of real estate finance and/or healthcare related experience or course work. This is an entry level position. The most desirable candidates and job applicants will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study such as: finance, economics, business administration, data analytics, statistics or mathematics.

Some industry (senior housing, hospitals, nursing facilities, congregate care, etc.) knowledge is desired but not necessary. Strong data and quantitative skills as well as highly developed written and oral communication skills are a must. Microsoft Office proficiency, specifically in Excel, is required. Must be a confident self-starter and quick learner who requires minimal supervision and who can work alone and under guidelines which have been pre-established to perform the job tasks outlined. Strong communication and analytical skills required.
