We are actively seeking a Client Data Analyst to join our Federal Billing team!
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Federal contracts preferred
- Background check for GSA security clearance required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Access or SQL Query a plus but not required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail & organizational skills
- Relevant work experience preferred
Responsibilities include:
- Analyzes and documents data, interprets results, summarizes findings, and presents to partners and management for effective decision-making.
- Analyzes federal contracts to ensure billing records align with federal requirements, creates & monitors submissions for payment remittance based on contract specifications.
- Functions as a liaison with contracting officer representatives as well as internal Federal program management to ensure all billing is updated, accurate, and adhering to contract
- Works closely with several departments to resolve payment/receivable issues
- Reviews documentation and creates database records summarizing Special Billing Arrangements.
- Works with IT to develop tools to monitor and report on Special Billing Arrangements.
- Understands and responds to inquiries and requests made by Federal agencies and staff and demonstrates this understanding using effective communication.
- Actively seeks to enhance knowledge of all Client Administration procedures and processes.
