RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data Analyst in Saint Louis, MO. We are looking for someone with SQL skills to come aboard a contract to hire opportunity with one of our top Fortune 25 clients!
Responsibilities:
- Work with business partners to gather and understand functional requirements of the member redeterminations data flow process from the initial enrollment files and ending with the final data used to make business decisions
- As a Data Analyst, you will coordinate the resolution of data integrity gaps by working with the business owners and IT
- Ensure controls are in place over applications to ensure the data integrity by performing data integrity gap analysis
- Performance will be evaluated on the person's ability to meet deadlines while providing accurate analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong understanding of databases/data structures/database management system
- Proficiency in programming languages, including Structured Query Language (SQL)
- Knowledge of data governance practices, business and technology issues related to management
- Intermediate facilitation skills with the ability to drive issues to closure
