Dairy Bartenders are responsible for making our world famous boozy milkshakes, serving ice cream and more! Every shift is fast-paced at Milkman. As the leader of the FOH team, the Dairy Bartender typically get the most hours so if you like to work, this is the job for you!

• Bartending experience is preferred but not required!

Benefits / Compensation Details

As a Dairy Bartender & FOH team member you will be paid a competitive hourly wage PLUS TIPS based on the whole-house tip pool. Total compensation varies by position and experience level, ranging from $20 - $25 per hour!

• Gratitude Bonus - In addition to your hourly pay and tips, you will earn a quarterly bonus when we hit our guest satisfaction standard of 4.5 or above (Based on average reviews)

• Paid Time Off - All Full Time Hourly Employees can earn up to 5 PTO days per year!
