Primary Function:
The Customer Support Technician is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support on Bradford White Water Heating Products in a fast-paced call center environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer technical based phone calls and emails from internal/external customers
- Respond and process phone calls from end users, installing contractors, service and repair mechanics, wholesale/selling distributors, and field Sales Representatives regarding technical questions and issues
- Review service cases and make determination of any site-related or component-related problems
- Support and assist in the processing of warranty claims and ensuring delivery of the appropriate service solution
- Review receiving inspection reports and product returns to populate warranty claim database
Job Requirements:
- Exceptional Customer Service and problem-solving skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Associates Degree or technical certification in HVAC or Plumbing preferred
- 2-5 Years of Plumbing or HVAC installation experience
- Ability to learn and implement new ideas, concepts, and programs to improve department efficiency
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Computer skills (MS, Excel, Outlook)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $46,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
