Primary Function:

The Customer Support Technician is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support on Bradford White Water Heating Products in a fast-paced call center environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer technical based phone calls and emails from internal/external customers
  • Respond and process phone calls from end users, installing contractors, service and repair mechanics, wholesale/selling distributors, and field Sales Representatives regarding technical questions and issues
  • Review service cases and make determination of any site-related or component-related problems
  • Support and assist in the processing of warranty claims and ensuring delivery of the appropriate service solution
  • Review receiving inspection reports and product returns to populate warranty claim database

Job Requirements:

  • Exceptional Customer Service and problem-solving skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Associates Degree or technical certification in HVAC or Plumbing preferred
  • 2-5 Years of Plumbing or HVAC installation experience
  • Ability to learn and implement new ideas, concepts, and programs to improve department efficiency
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Computer skills (MS, Excel, Outlook)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
