Pharmgate’s Corporate Headquarters is looking for a new member to join our customer service team to play an important role in ensuring customer satisfaction. The role provides professional and timely support to our customer base using strong communication and problem-solving skills daily. In addition, this position will cross train in business analytics and carry out other relevant administrative duties for our fast-moving business.

  • Interact with internal and external customers via telephone, email, online chat to provide support and information on products or services.
  • Receive and handle requests from customers and distributors for: price quotes, product orders, order adjustments or cancellations.
  • Ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer problems and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, product orders, etc.
  • Maintain and monitor active and/or in process orders and product on back order.
  • As required, confirm the credit status of customers with the Finance Department.
  • Analyze and monitor distributor sales out details – combine into one database to provide rebate, discounts, pricing adjustments calculations and our bespoke “Dashboard” BI reporting.

Required:

  • Associate degree in business, preference given to a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
  • Minimal 4 years direct customer service experience.
  • Proven experience with multi-tasking while still delivering high quality results.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent communication skills including active listening.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn database and ordering systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
