Do you love excellent massage? Elements Therapeutic Massage of Vienna, VA is looking for a bright, outgoing, friendly individual to join our team as a sales and customer service specialist.

Responsibilities include selling therapeutic massage services and memberships to our wellness program, booking appointments, maintaining our clean, relaxing, calm, inviting studio atmosphere and interfacing with clients in person and on the phone professionally and politely to ensure a flawless guest experience.

Qualified candidates will have at least one year of sales and customer service experience in a retail environment, be a team-oriented thinker, possess the ability to learn new computer software, be able to multi-task while providing excellent customer service, have good communication skills, and believe in the benefits of therapeutic massage.
