Weekly Wage pay + monthly commission and bonus Incentives

Our office is rapidly growing and we are looking to train the right individual to fit right into our company. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position. Our Customer Sales and Service Representative will be responsible to manage a marketing pipeline for new business sales while also providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects when they call in for assistance.

Insurance industry or agency experience and knowledge is not required although licensing during first 60 days will be required to stay employed. $1,000 Sign on bonus available for P&C licensed applicants who accept the position after interview process.

Partial remote work possible after 90 days depending on circumstances and qualifications for remote work flexibility.

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Base Salary between $40,000.00 and $60,000.00

• Commission and Bonuses up to a potential $2,000/mo. extra.
• 401K available after 60 days. Matching up to 3%
• Sign on bonus of $500 after 30 days, and additional $500 after 90 days.

• Process customer policy change requests.
• Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
• Return all phone messages promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
• Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
• Quote new prospects with insurance proposals.

• Have the ability to obtain Property & Casualty license within 60 days of final acceptanceinterview(licensing reimbursement).
