full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team located at
31201 W. 187th St. in Edgerton, KS. This a Monday – Friday position working from 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm. Starting pay is $19 per hour.

JOB SUMMARY: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) carries out all customer service activities such as responding to inquiries, processing orders and handling complaints, in a prompt, courteous and effective manner. Other responsibilities include data entry, phone duties, greeting visitors, appointment scheduling and other clerical duties as directed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Follow the prescribed procedures for data input in the Warehouse Management System (RAMP). Process and input customer orders. Create outbound orders. Check inventory for product availability. Generate all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer orders and check all orders for special requests. Coordinate special or last-minute shipping requests with the appropriate operations personnel. Enter inbound receipts into WMS
- Perform the accurate and timely preparation of customer invoices. Maintain damage records. Handle returned merchandise recordkeeping in the prescribed manner
- Develop and maintain an excellent working relationship with the customer by responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning work orders, invoices, shipments, inventory counts, etc., in a courteous and efficient manner. Report customer feedback to management, including any signs of customer dissatisfaction
- Answer phone calls and emails in a professional and businesslike manner. Operate computers and various types of office machines necessary to perform duties. Oversee all paperwork associated with orders and maintain the necessary files. Prepare and maintain reports as directed by management. Maintain a clean and well-organized office environment

- Education (preferred level) - High School diploma.
- Experience (the minimum level of direct experience in a similar position) - One year office clerical experience in logistics or warehouse environment
Knowledge/Experience/Skills:
- General office experience, including telephone techniques and computer skills in a customer facing office environment is required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, e.g. Office 365, Outlook Word, Excel
- Experience with RAMP Warehouse Management system.
- Good detail and concentration skills.
- Self-starter with initiative.
- Excellent people skills. Exhibits confidence and able to manage conflict or issues with grace and ease.
- Enjoys working in fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely in English.
- Effective skills in operating office machines.
- Able to count accurately, perform simple math calculations and read and write legibly in English.
- Must be well organized and able to multitask, comprehend written policies and procedures as well as follow oral instructions.
- Must be able to adapt to operational changes and customer demands.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Ability to sit for up to 8-hour periods of time and repetitively
- Work in a climate controlled office environment
- Use hands and fingers for keyboard and computer input
- Use eyes, ears and voice for seeing, hearing and speaking in telephone and to others
