The Circulation Customer Service representative provides assistance to our readers, both subscribers and non-subscribers, of the Register-Herald, Bluefield Daily Telegraph, Times West Virginian, Fayette Tribune, Wyoming County Report, Post Report, West Virginia South and more.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• To resolve customer service issues both by phone, email and walk-ins.
• Insure that customer issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
• To have a good working knowledge of internal subscriber database, Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to communicate service issues and complaints clearly both verbally and in writing to all staff.
• To direct all inquiries to the proper department and act as reception greeters to the general public.
• To notify circulation of any continuing problem with customer delivery or dissatisfaction.
• To actively participate in all company sales campaigns and programs by making out bound calls.
• Update customer's files and payment information.
• Take credit card payments.
• Do clerical and support duties to departments.
