Rug Doctor is seeking Full-Time Call energetic, self-motivated individual to make an impact as a dynamic Call Center/Customer Service Representatives with Full Benefits that enjoys working with and providing excellent customer service and support to our team members, stores, and consumers. Talent We Are Looking For:
- Has the ability to work shifts within our customer service business needs, ranging from 6:30 am to 12:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and 8:00 am to 12:00p on the weekend
- Ability to answer inbound phone calls from consumers, store personnel, and fellow employees
- Contact stores, prior renters and coordinate return of lost/unreturned machines
- Provides a level of world class customer service and professionalism to a wide range of customers
- Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy
- Resolve inquiries around how to rent and the use Rug Doctor products with consumers
- Provides assistance to our 350+ Field and Canada team members
- Adaptable to change based on coaching/feedback in order to achieve individual and team performance goals
Requirements:
- Effective communication skills over the phone and by email
- Assist verbally, in writing and navigate through multiple computer programs simultaneously
- High School Diploma (preferred)
- Important to be able to work flexible hours, including extended work days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Complete and pass background check
