We are seeking experienced Customer Service Reps for Healthcare Support Firm. This is a great opportunity offering training and room for growth!
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing support to clients who have questions about policies.
- Take inquiries from clients inquiring about obtaining policies.
- Resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Inbound and outbound calls from customers who have received a statement in the mail to pay a medical bill.
- Outbound calls to encourage customers to pay their bill.
Education and Experience:
- Call center experience a plus
- Knowledge of MS Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
