Job description

We are seeking experienced Customer Service Reps for Healthcare Support Firm. This is a great opportunity offering training and room for growth!

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing support to clients who have questions about policies.
  • Take inquiries from clients inquiring about obtaining policies.
  • Resolve any issues in a timely manner.
  • Inbound and outbound calls from customers who have received a statement in the mail to pay a medical bill.
  • Outbound calls to encourage customers to pay their bill.

Education and Experience:

  • Call center experience a plus
  • Knowledge of MS Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
