N&M Transfer is searching for Customer Service Representatives to work in our corporate office in Neenah. These positions are generally scheduled between the hours of 10am and 6pm, Monday-Friday. They are full-time positions with excellent benefits, but part-time schedule options may be considered.

Customer Service personnel start at $16.80/hr with a 6-month and 1-year review/wage adjustment. They are responsible for taking pick-up orders from customers, tracking shipments, and verifying deliveries, along with other various customer service-related tasks. Ideal candidates would have some retail, food service, or other customer service experience, but we will train candidates with good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Some data entry experience is ideal too.
