Job Details

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Receive and enter customer orders
- Assist sales team by researching and building marketing lists
- Upsell products and services to customers to increase sales
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Assemble sales kits and maintain sales and marketing information in the company’s systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and trends
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the publishing or media industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and spoke English, with excellent spelling/proofreading skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in Salesforce and Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
