• SUMMARY:
• J. Jacobs & Associates is seeking a Customer Service Representative. We are looking for someone that is enthusiastic and to become part of our team. We have a family atmosphere and very little drama.
• We are looking for someone that wants a career, not just a job. Long term position only.
• You do have to be licensed with the State within 60 days of hirer for Insurance Property and Casualty. We help and reimburse for the training and testing. We give you time while at work to learn and train for the test as well. (Not super hard just have to put some time in for it)

• QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a people person, be able to handle multi-line phone, be proficient on a computer and able to type.

• Preferred - At least one year of office service experience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required to prepare required reports.

• Must be professional with co-workers, supervisors and external contacts

• Ability to work within a team as well as independently with little supervision

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
