A local company in the Kanawha County area is in need of a customer service representative.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include handle customer inquires, dispatch work as needed, spend the majority of your time on the phone, and schedule weekly service calls. Monday - Friday 8AM - 4:30PM. Evaluation to hire for the right candidate. Pay rate $13-$16 based on experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous dispatching experience preferred
• Ability to utilize computer systems
• Basic computer skills with MS office
• Professional phone presence
