Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
Job Duration: 6 months contract
Job Location: Saint Petersburg, FL-33716
Hybrid role- 2 days per week onsite
· Phones – high volume phone calls regarding annual renewals and registrations maintenance as well as complete data updates.
· Employment Verifications for newly affiliated registered associates through outside vendor, Business Information Group and sending and negative consent letters.
Skills:
· At least 1 year of customer service experience required
· Financial services industry experience is preferred
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Saint Petersburg, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
