We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Customer Service Rep to provide the necessary support to the field and sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation, and information. You will also be required to act as a backup Dispatcher, filling in as needed.

Preferred Experiences and Additional Knowledge

• Minimum 1 Year Experience in Customer Service
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Must have and display good Ethics and Professionalism
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Knowledgeable in the HVAC and Plumbing Industries
• Ability to work Independently or as Part of a Team.
• Positive "Can Do" Attitude
• Always maintain professional appearance and attitude
• Legally Authorized to work in the United States

Additional Qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role

• Experience with Service Titan software program
• Service Technician dispatching experience
• Ability to work some overtime as needed (seasonally)
• Detail oriented, highly organized, and efficient

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
