What You'll Do....
· Interact with customers via telephone and email to provide support and information regarding products and services
· Inquire as to where/how did customer find our name/number
· Collect and enter orders for new or additional products and services
· Field customer questions and complaints
· Ensure the appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer problems and concerns
· Maintain customer accounts and records of interactions with details of inquiries, orders, or concerns
· Dispatch and schedule service employees
· Email and prepare paperwork for service employees
· Fill out survey sheets and schedules surveys for customers
· Greet clients at the front door when necessary
· Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements for Success in this Role....
· High school degree (required)
· 3-5 Years of Customer service experience (required)
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook (preferred)
· Working knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop version and Google Maps (preferred)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
· Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances
· Extremely detail-oriented and organized
· Willingness to learn and adapt to change
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
