How You Will Contribute to the Success of CAC

As Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing above-and-beyond, fantastic customer service by establishing trusting relationships. Customer Service Representatives perform complex duties to achieve high-quality results and customer satisfaction.

Important: You will be required to sit, stand, bend, walk and lift up to 50 lbs. for the duration of the shift.

What You Will Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, online channels such as email, chat, and social media platforms in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Answer incoming customer calls and emails, responding to customer inquires in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Establish and update accurate client information files in an online system and ensure clients receive all necessary follow-up information.
  • Secure, analyze and protect sensitive personal and financial information following company compliance guidelines.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up with customers as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Primary (Minimum Requirements)

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • One (1) year of professional work experience in a related industry (customer service and/or sales preferred).

Secondary (Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Microsoft: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Able to convey information verbally and in writing.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Able to prioritize multiple, competing priorities and manager time/workload accordingly.
  • Able to perform tasks thoroughly and with care; checks work to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Able to learn new skills.
  • Able to collect and analyze information, problem-solve, and make decisions.
  • Able to teach or assist others with skill development.
