Position: Customer Service Representative Warehouse
Location: Rancho Cucamonga, California
Pay: $18.00 + $1.25 shift differential
Hours Per Week: 40+
Shift: Sunday – Thursday 12:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

Position: Customer Service Representative Warehouse

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist drivers as needed.
- Administrative duties include receive/process inbound truck driver paperwork, process bill of lading for warehouse, process paperwork for warehouse, file, copy documents, and other general duties as assigned.
- Warehouse inventory as needed, or time permits.
- Label pallets and assist with receiving freight.
- Locate purchase orders on the freight while receivers are loading/unloading.
- Identify discrepancies in shipments and notifying the correct personnel.
- Assist in managing storage accounts in the warehouse environment at 34°, perform warehouse inventory, and learn the 3PL system.
- Assist in locating freight and tag as needed.
- Write freight/inventory tags for the warehouse as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience, Abilities and Qualities Required:
- General office, data entry, and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to utilize time management and learn quickly.
- Beginner - Intermediate typing skills that include 10-key by touch.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications that include Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Knowledgeable about ERP Systems (TruckMate experience preferred).
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment as needed.
- Forklift experience a plus.
