Job Description - Customer Experience Coordinator

Position Description
Responsible for providing general and complex assistance to Directors and Managers with projects as well as special or higher profile assignments. May be assigned management responsibilities for certain functions or areas; research and compiles data, develops reports, assists in coordinating and planning events and activities; and assists in departmental policy formulation. This position interacts with a varied group of external and internal professionals, across all levels of the organization. Independent judgment is often required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload and recommend and implement changes in company practices and/or procedures. Individual must act in a professional manner and provide guidance and support to other area assistants and coordinators in company practices.
What you will do
- Supports Directors and Managers in the Customer organization with goal attainment and area responsibilities.
- Plans and coordinates meetings, meeting materials and agendas, conferences, events and other calendar appointments for Directors and Managers.
- Coordinates, and ensures Directors and Managers have appropriate information for meetings as needed. Transcribes meeting minutes, as requested.
- Manages phone calls, prepares correspondence, presentations, along with Director and Manager communication.
- Completes expense reports, procurement card reconciliations, purchase requisitions, invoice receipts and other documentation for Directors and Managers.
- Prepares, plans, monitors, and analyzes monthly, quarterly and annual department budget reports, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and entered in a timely fashion.
- Administers distribution of the department’s US and interoffice mail. Opens and sorts related mail.
- Organizes filing and archive system to facilitate the efficient retrieval of information so that department personnel may accomplish their responsibilities.
- Maintains various records, job descriptions, development plans and other department materials as required.
What you will bring
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum four years' previous secretarial/administrative experience in a professional business environment
- Demonstrates proficiency/ability in computer skills, ability to prioritize and problem solve
- Be proficient in Power Point, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to exercise considerable discretion and independent judgement and is capable of analyzing complex information request and determining complex trends and making recommendations on process improvements and efficiencies.

- Bachelor of Arts Degree
