As Green Bay’s newest fine jewelry store, we are looking to add to our team to accommodate our rapidly growing business. We are seeking highly motivated, self-directed and professional individuals who are willing to learn and commit themselves to growing with the Feldsteins brand. Experience in jewelry or sales not required.

We focus on taking a modern, customer centric approach to meeting our client’s needs by always putting the client’s needs before ours. We have a full service custom work and repair shop on premises.

You will work directly with the owners and a growing number of staff, that will assist you in making your client’s dreams come true. Technical product knowledge and servicing of clients is taught daily and there are always opportunities to learn and grow. In December, we do work every day until Christmas Day. We do understand if you need to leave for an event, but we will need you to come back. December is our busiest time of the year and this is why we work every day.

The starting pay is $18 an hour for the first 60 days. After 60 days, the pay gets moved to $14 an hour or 10% commission of sales.

Pay is biweekly. The base pay is $14 an hour OR 10% commission. Whatever is higher in the two week span. We do offer a monthly bonus as well. There are 3 goals that are very achievable each month if you are eager to listen and learn every day.

This is a FULL time position.

Hours- Tuesday-Friday 10am-6pm. Saturdays 10am-4pm, Closed Sundays and Mondays.

Month of December- Everybody works 6-7 days a week until Christmas.
