Job requirements

• Familiar with basic office operations and protocols
• Comfortable using computer and Microsoft Windows
• Willing to learn new skills and be trained in different capacities
• Attention to detail is an essential part of this position
• Strong mathematics skills, especially geometry, are required
• Able to sit or stand for extended periods of time
• Rarely lift up to 50 lbs.

Various Responsibliities

• Answer the telephone, route calls to correct department or person
• Review and edit orders in our production software
• Proofread orders for material and part size accuracy before they go to production
• Keep clear log of order life-cycle and the connection of backorders to regular orders
• Work with customers via phone and e-mail to troubleshoot problems and answer requests in a timely manner
• Order moldings, posts & corbels, cabinet doors, and other miscellaneous products
• File and locate paperwork relating to jobs and service
• Assist logistics specialist in locating orders and communicating status to customers
• Assist co-workers with tasks as requested
• Other duties as required

Skills that would be a plus

• Prior experience in the kitchen or cabinet industry (not required but extremely helpful)
• A working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• A working knowledge of WordPress
• Any experience with AS/400 or similar software
• Any experience with CAD, 3D modeling, or like products

Pay will be based on experience!
