Job description
Our relationship manager will form and maintain connections with business clients to drive sales. Duties include following the firm sales plan, meeting with clients in-person to discuss new products or services, answering phone calls from prospective clients, documenting reports about clients, following a schedule to recontact potential clients, resolving client issues with legal services to preserve relationships and communicating with other departments about maximizing client experiences.
