NativePath is seeking an Experienced Customer Service Professional to join our Customer Experience Team! You will be responsible for helping customers with order related inquiries via phone, chat, and email support systems all from the comforts of your home. Responsibilities:
- Deliver a best-in-class customer service experience
- Process customer orders via phone and email
- Active outreach and engagement through outbound call campaigns
- Identify and seize opportunities to upsell products and services
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve order and product related issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Ability to maintain focus while working in a remote environment filled with distractions
- Build strong customer relationships to proactively promote products and sales
- Recognize product needs and benefits based on customer interactions
- Demonstrate product knowledge and suggest recommended product solutions
- Adhere to company guidelines and policies
Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of high-volume call center experience preferred
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a clear, confident speaking voice, and a friendly rapport with customers
- Proven ability to prioritize and multitask
- Exhibit a positive and professional demeanor
- High proficiency with computers and software applications
- Experience with inbound/outbound sales is a plus
- Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are a plus
