We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Customer Experience Director who can generate finished vehicle logistics business opportunities with focus on the remarketing (non-OEM) industry.

Responsibilities:

• Create new business opportunities
• Lead RFQ process
• Customer Service
• Maintain and report on customer relationship
• Uphold the company’s core values of Teamwork, Integrity, Respect, Excellence, and Safety

Qualifications:

• College degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years’ experience with finished vehicle transportation or logistics sales required
• 3-5 yeas Remarketing experience required
• Operations experience a plus
• Good understanding of P&L management
• Occasional travel required to support customers, trade shows, etc.

Pay: $90,000.00 per year
