Job Description:
The Client Service Representative II will have primary responsibilities consisting of a broad range of customer support and sales activities. These duties include consulting with new and existing customers on appropriate products to maximize revenue and increase customer satisfaction, aiding our advertising customers (private sellers and basic listing car dealers) with the effective use of Cox Automotive products to better merchandise their vehicles. Provide support to potential consumer and site browser requests for assistance via phone, email, and chat with thorough answers and the utmost courtesy. The successful CSR II will be able to stay up-to-date on processes and product changes, effectively troubleshoot technical issues, meet standard performance metrics, including revenue goals, and deliver world-class customer service.
COMPENSATION:
Hourly pay rate is $17.07 - $25.62/hour. The hourly rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
BENEFITS:
Employees receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
