We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated team player who is passionate about the natural products industry to join our team of Customer Care Representatives.

Hours: 40 hours a week, full time
Schedule: Training: 8:30 a.m to 4:30 p.m, after training 9:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m.
Location: West Valley City, Utah, & Hybrid Remote (in office two days a week)
Pay: $14.50 during training, $15.00 after training is completed
Level: Entry level
Responsibilities
- Answering phones
- Responding to emails
- Responding to voicemails
- Answering customer questions
- Proper recording of account information
- Processing orders & payments
- Order tracking
- Managing spreadsheets and forms
- Organizing emails
- Resolving customer product and service issues
- Assisting manager with projects
- Assisting other departments and teams with projects
- Helping to create almanac content (optional)
- Learning and growing knowledge of herbs, natural products, and the natural industry
- Adding sunshine to someone else’s day
- Connecting with customers and letting them know we care by being kind, friendly, considerate, helpful, polite, empathetic, encouraging, uplifting, and fun
- Helping people live happier, healthier, more active lives
Qualifications
The ideal candidate has customer service experience in fast-paced environments, is adaptable, independent, self-motivated, and a self-starter with a focus on quality work and attention to detail. They should have basic computer skills and be comfortable making and taking phone calls. We expect them to be organized, analyze information skillfully, and be capable of multitasking. They should have excellent problem-solving skills, be an active listener, good at resolving conflict, and exercise empathy and patience. They must be team and goal-oriented and possess knowledge of, passion for, or an interest in the natural product industry. They should be willing to help other teams with projects as needed.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One year of customer service experience
- Experience working with inbound and outbound calls and customer retention
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a high-volume role
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Detail oriented
- Tech-savvy (i.e., basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications, ability to learn new systems)
- Must commit to full-time hours, Monday through Friday
Hybrid Schedule- in-office twice a week plus additional in-office times at random.
