Team Lead - START IMMEDIATELY!

We are seeking a dedicated Team Lead (Custodian) to join our team in the Delton area!

Full-time opening:

• Monday-Friday: 2:30-11pm

Pay rate: $15.50

Responsibilities:

• Vacuuming
• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• Team task delegation
• Supply room organization
• Punch In/Out assistance
• Training reinforcement
• Fill in as needed on site
• As well as other cleaning tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Great Attendance!
• Valid Driver's License, car to drive during shift, and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• 18 years of age or older with valid ID
• Ability to work efficiently while upholding company’s quality standards
• Maintain effective communication with supervisors/managers and other team members
• Floor care experience preferred but not required
• Leadership experience preferred
