We are a family business focused on holistic wellness therapies as well as body contouring services. We are seeking the right person to join our team as a Cryoskin Specialist. We will provide all training. Customer service skills, work ethic, and attitude are everything!

Responsibilities may include:

Operate equipment and therapy systems. We will provide training.
Follow Texas Cryoworks and Wellness policies & procedures.
Answer the phone, make appointments, and process transactions.
Learn Point of Sale and Customer Management Systems.
Effectively communicate our services, technology and terminology.
Learn package and pricing options.
Sell recommended packages to customers.
Follow the punctuality, dress code, and cleanliness standards.
Assist with special projects and support promotional events.
Participate in community service outreach efforts.
Complete outbound calls or emails to customers.
Provide superior customer service.
Comply and enforce required health and regulatory standards.
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the center.
Complete necessary training and education modules.
Communicate marketing / promotions to customer base.
Be flexible and accommodating as it relates to scheduling.
Perform duties outside of normal responsibilities from time to time.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $40.00 per hour

• Health/Wellness: 1 year (Preferred)
