The primary requirement of a Jersey Mike's employee is commitment to company goals:
-Food that meets Jersey Mike's specifications and high quality standards
-Service that is noticeably friendlier than that of other restaurants
-A restaurants that is noticeably cleaner than that of other restaurants
Qualifications:
- Experience as lead in customer service
- Experience in cash handling
- Big personality, we can teach you the rest
- Must be hardworking, trustworthy and reliable
- Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs
- Must be available on weekends
