Brandywine Designs LLC is a landscape design-build firm located in West Chester, Pennsylvania. We are a growing company looking for individuals who want to learn or are passionate about the landscape construction industry. Our focus is to provide our clients with quality customer service and the highest quality work. Our services include; Landscape Design and installation, Masonry/Hardscape design and installation, Horticultural pruning and gardening, lighting, and stormwater management. Our clients are located throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania and Northern Delaware.

Job Title:

Crew member in our Landscape/Horticulture Division.

Ideal Strengths:

1-3 years experience preferred, will train enthusiastic candidates with no experience

Work Activity:

The landscaping world is a diverse field. Work activity is as follows:

• Spring Clean ups/mulching
• Fall clean up/winter prep
• Pruning
• Plantings
• Small Hardscaping Projects
• Drainage and stormwater management
• Landscape Lighting
• Tree work

Compensation:

• Pay rate based on experience, starting at $16/h
• 3 weeks of PTO per year after 90 days of employment
• Average work week of 45-50 hours in season (March-November)
• Consistent winter work (35 hour weeks December-February)
• Snow removal rates based on experience
