You want to learn and grow with us while using your knowledge and technical skills to ensure quality and efficiency in the services we provide at the Kalispell branch of Terrascapes.

What You Will Do

As a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader, you will be responsible for making weekly visits to commercial and residential properties to provide necessary services to ensure that they are maintained to company standards. These services include weekly lawn mowing, seasonal cleanups, etc. Other responsibilities include:

• Communicating effectively with management, crew members and customers
• Notifying management of issues needing attention on customer properties
• Ensuring work trailers are prepped with necessary equipment and fuel to complete the day's route
• Overseeing day-to-day maintenance crew operations

Requirements

Prior experience working as a foreman, or crew leader is preferred. All applicants must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record with the ability to tow trailers and operate company vehicles. Applicants should also be able to maintain a flexible schedule in the event of inclement weather, delays out of our control or a heavy workload. Throughout the growing season, work weeks range from 35-50 hours per week. Smoking is not allowed in company vehicles or on company property. Other requirements include:
