Position: Credentialing Specialist
Division: Healthcare
Locations: New Yor, NY
Schedule: 5 Days per week, 40/Hrs 9am - 5pm
Hourly Rate: $25

Overview: The credentialing specialist is responsible for ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards, work independently to determine and complete compliance tasks in addition to performing audits.

Requirements:

• Associates Degree in related field
• 3-5 years of Healthcare staffing compliance required
• MSP & Training experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft desktop applications
• Proof of Full Covid-19 Vaccination

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility of ensuring compliance, monitor and spot audit performance
• Participate in the development of updates to policies and procedures; create written procedures to clarify or describe standard practices; design or improve forms to expedite procedures
• Develop reports and take appropriate action based on the analysis of gathered compliance data
• Maintain compliance for active workers, clear workers for a timely start including the audit of compliance documentation
• Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships, assume ownership of projects until timely completion
• Prepare and lead compliance related group trainings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour
