CA Lawton in De Pere is looking for overhead crane operators for our foundry.
We have increased our shift differentials!
What are the hours and pay?
- 3rd Shift 5:30PM - 4:00AM Monday – Friday (plus overtime as needed)
- Regular Pay $23.00 / hour with $0.50 increase after 90 days with satisfactory performance
- Overtime at $34.50 +/ hour
- $2.00/hour shift differential for 3rd shift!

What is the job?
- The Crane Operators focuses on safely making quality parts in a timely fashion by controlling the flow on the foundry floor. This position is an integral part of the South End of the Foundry, which includes all steps of the production process through pouring castings.
- Set flasks
- Pull molds
- Flow coat as needed
- Close molds
- Roll molds
- Other duties as assigned
