Job description
This position for an experienced parts counter person
The hours are 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday-Friday
Every 4th Saturday 7:30 am to 5:00 pm (bonus pay on Saturdays)
The job entails working as team member with other associates in the parts department filling parts request for our Service department. We have a huge parts inventory of 2.6 million in stock, 23 technicians, a parts runner for the shop, a parts driver dedicated to the shop counter. We have a large wholesale department and 17 wholesale drivers covering 90% of the sate of Virginia and parts of North Carolina and West Virginia. The parts department averages two million a month in sales. One weekend each year we conduct a full inventory count all parts employees are expected to participate.
Monday - Friday and every forth Saturday
Compensation $50,000 + annually, paid hourly and commission
Job requirements
Must have 3-5 years of automotive dealership parts experience
Ford or Lincoln experience would be a plus but not required.
Must be organized and neat
Must have a valid Virginia driver’s license
Must be able to push pull and or lift up to 50 LBS
Must be a team player
Must be honest and dependable
Must be at least 18 years old
