Corrugator Operators for our world-class Chicago corrugator and converting facility. We are growing our operation and looking for experienced operators to join our
3rd shift team.
Shifts: 1st (7am to 3pm), 2nd (3pm to 11pm) and 3rd (11pm to 7am)

Overall Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the safe operation of the corrugator wet/dry end equipment.
- Produce high quality corrugate efficiently and consistently.
- Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the duties of the corrugator wet end operator and the double backer operator.
- Responsible for the overall quality of materials to assure they meet manufacturing quality standards and conform to customer specifications.
- Maintain open communications with the supervisor regarding corrugator operations, and the quality of materials.
- Perform basic preventative maintenance on the corrugator equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized working environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Corrugator Machine Experience (Wet End Operator, Dry End/Stacker Operator, Knife Operator, or Quality Tech)
- Proven track record of improving machine efficiencies in a production environment.
- Experience in corrugated packaging environments.
- Proven process control background.
- High level computer literacy skills necessary.
- Demonstrated analytical experience.
- Experience with equipment operation and safety guidelines.
- Must be team-oriented, organized, detailed, and able to perform some physical activities.
- Must be willing to work overt-time and weekends.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to push 50 lbs.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous machine operator experience preferred.
- White or Green Belt Six Sigma certification preferred.
